Account & Data Deletion Request

Fleetz is a business fleet-management service. Accounts are typically created and managed by your organization (your "Fleet Operator"). You can request deletion of your account and associated personal data as described below.

 

How to request deletion

To request that your account and associated personal data be deleted, send an email to privacy@telematicpro.com from the email address associated with your account, with the subject line "Account Deletion Request". Please include:

Your full name
The email address registered with your Fleetz account
The name of your organization (Fleet Operator)

We will process verified requests within 30 days.
What data is deleted

 

Upon a verified request, we delete personal data associated with your user account, including your name, email address, phone number, and account credentials.
What data may be retained

 

Certain data may be retained where required by law or for legitimate business purposes, including:

Vehicle and trip records that belong to your organization (the Fleet Operator), which are that organization's data and are governed by its own retention policies and contract

 

Records we are legally required to keep (e.g. for tax, accounting, or compliance purposes)

After any required retention period, such data is deleted or anonymized.
